Trainings

Our trainings will be implemented by specialised trainers using the training tools developed by the EAP Task Force.

Especially the following training tools will be adopted:

• Financial Planning Tool for Water Utilities (FPTWU)
• Multi Year Investment Planning Tool (MYIP)
• Guidelines on Performance-based Contracts between Municipalities and Water Utilities in Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia
• Performance Benchmarking
